The Data Solutions Delivery Manager within the Information, Data, and Analytics Service Line (IDAS) oversees the successful delivery of projects and solutions to clients. You will manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Duties
Ensures the successful delivery of data and analytics projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards by overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning through to execution and final delivery.
Acts as the primary point of contact for data tools and services projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and consistent communication while building and maintaining strong relationships with end users.
Coordinates cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Regularly engages with data tools and services users to understand their needs and expectations, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Analyzes customer usage data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer success and product utilization.
Leads problem-solving efforts when issues arise, working collaboratively with teams to find effective solutions.
Responds promptly to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Drives continuous improvement in project delivery processes and promote the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level.
Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of highly technical data related projects, from planning through to execution and final delivery;
Monitoring highly technical project progress, manage IT resources effectively, and address any deviations from the plan;
Engaging with end users to understand their needs and expectations, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
