Duties
Acts as a liaison with customers during all project steps, including submitting and coordinating tickets to assist the customer with implementation and/or debugging, tracking test...
(cont.) and production data through the DAAS EBUS systems in support of functional tests.
Is responsible for varied Project Management and related services and duties associated mainly with Electronic Business (EBus) branch.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to include change management, audit, etc.
Coordinates, controls, tracks and reports on all assigned software development projects from the receipt of the requirement throughout the product’s lifecycle to include Customer Connection agreement compliance.
Prepares project proposals and cost estimates utilizing input from other agency organizations.
Analyzes and tracks system change requests to determine and recommend logical approaches for incremental deliveries.
Negotiates and documents project commitments with appropriate J6 organizations to ensure timely execution of project plans, in accordance with established schedules and within budget.
Serve as a project manager in the EBUS branch and will be responsible for coordinating a variety of requirements to include system requirements, customer requirements, audit compliance, cloud migration, etc.

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Specialist (PLCYPLN), your resume and supporting documentation must include:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Prepares project proposal and cost estimates, negotiates, documents project commitments with organizations to ensure timely execution of project plans, in accordance with established schedules and within budget.
Conducts In-Process Reviews (IPR) as needed to provide status, conducting regular meetings to review progress and disseminate information to team members.
Provides a single point of information for IT software development projects, and acts as a liaison with customers.
Serves as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), deciding on acceptability, rejection or correction of work products or services, and similar matters which may affect payment to the contractor.
