About the Position: Serves as a Workforce Development Specialist and staff advisor to Garrison Leadership through the Garrison Director of Human Resources .

Duties

Assist program manager in promoting and implementing leadership development initiative at all levels. Provide support for the workforce development/training portion of the Army Communities of Excellence and Strategic Human Capital Plan. Assist in the development of the Installation's training policy and requirements integration. Advise on new approaches to identifying training requirements for the Installation Support the action officer with Installation future training, long range plans, and forecasts.
