You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the TACTICAL NETWORKS DIVISION of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will provide comprehensive network engineering solutions spanning advanced technologies and products that support data networks and information systems for Navy platforms.
You will encompass the design, development, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge networking technologies.
You will specialize in testing and evaluation, problem solving, network and application integration, cybersecurity, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, automation test suite development.
You will implement new network systems capabilities for surface, sub-surface and airborne platforms.
You will effectively communicate both technical and programmatic aspects of the projects supported and executed within the branch.
You will provide leadership, management and supervision to approximately 20 scientists, engineers, and technicians.
You will provide oversight and coordination for operations and business development and manages an annual budget in excess of $5M.
You will develop and implements business strategies, budgets, and staffing plans.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in in providing comprehensive network engineering solutions spanning advanced technologies and products that support data networks and participate in strategic planning, process improvement initiatives, and reviews for the command. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
