You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, CODE 55322 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will serve as the Branch Head of the Enterprise Technology Solutions Branch
You will be responsible for providing supervision, technical leadership, planning, program development, business development, coordination,
and management of all aspects of the projects, personnel, and facilities assigned to the Branch.
You will develop technical proposals, preparing and giving technical presentations to sponsors, potential customers, and technical audiences both inside and outside NIWC Pacific.
You will oversee system integration, engineering and cyber requirements management, testing, validation and installation, asset
management and network services oversight in support of DoD and DON Enterprise Networks
Requirements
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 802 Advanced Level within 12 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing oversight of global Naval Enterprise Networks operations and sustainment thru planning, program/business development, coordination, and management of all aspects of the projects, personnel and facilities which also include developing technical proposals, preparing/giving technical presentations to sponsors, potential customers, and technical audiences both inside and outside of the command.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
