This position is organizationally assigned to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of Administration, Office of Information Technology Services. The FOIA Team Lead is responsible for management of the FHWA FOIA Program and providing programmatic support and advice to FHWA and U.S. DOT leadership in both Headquarters program offices and the field.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience providing organizational level advice, assistance and policy guidance to action officers and senior leadership on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program matters.
Experience leading and administering a FOIA program.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
