Duties
Administer the Capital Expense Equipment Program (CEEP) Program for Winn Army Community Hospital
Maintain the Centralized Equipment Requirements Program (CERP), ensures the information is correct and accurate.
Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures.
Enter data in multiple databases.
Prepare recurring status reports.
Review equipment requests against excess equipment reports.
Serve as a Purchasing Agent for purchasing equipment .
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position is designated as moderate risk involving Public Trust. Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation including a credit check to determine suitability for Federal employment and/or the position.
- This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or Confidential Financial Disclosures Report (OGE450) upon entry and annually thereafter.
- This position requires the incumbent attend and complete Government Purchase Card (GPC) training within three (3) months of employment in order to purchase supplies and services.
- This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
- This position has mandatory seasonal Influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal Influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).

- Travel Required up to 5% Business Travel is Required

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes supply system to conduct extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions, and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment and parts such as special purpose laboratory or test equipment, prototypes of technical equipment, parts and equipment requiring unusual degrees of protection in shipment and storage.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors.
