About the Position: This Position is under the Supervision of the Industrial Base Ops & Maintainence Integration Directorate, Data Mgt & Analysis Branch.
Duties
Support the primary command focal point for the review and coordination of TACOM's secondary item parts forecasted through the Army Supply Plan for the Organic Industrial Base sites.
Serves as an advisor for TACOM's Army Supply Plan and other assigned projects with the responsibility for GO/SES and senior management level briefings to TACOM or other major subordinate commands, AMC.
Performs broad and complex studies and analysis of logistics processes, policy, and procedural issues related to the OIB enterprise operations and their interrelationships with the LCMC structure.
Conducts deep dives into secondary parts issues by analysis of factors such as program quantities, production schedules, churn, bill of materials, routes, depot overhaul factors, stock on-hand and stock due-in.
Applies analytical skills to extract, compile, and evaluate installation program performance, forecast accuracy and other ASP metrics.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes. providing readiness support for assigned Major Items in accordance with established policy, plans and procedures; completing reviews of planning documents pertaining to major items and fleet management, guidance, and policy; and establishing relationships with representative both internal and external to the command.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
