You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMANDER, NAVAL AIR FORCE RESERVE (CNAFR), DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF FOR AVIATION TRAINING, N7 of COMNAVAIRES.
Duties
You will analyze, plan, budget for utilization of Aviation Training Systems and Technical Training equipment.
You will manage training contracts, submitting modifications, create funding requests, providing status of funds reports and track annual costs.
You will develop training simulator requirements by type, training capabilities and student usage.
You will prepare and present recommendations and alternatives for training requirements optimization.
You will be responsible for the development and submission of budgets to support CNAFR training systems and equipment requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience operating and maintaining training systems and evaluating a training programs efficiencies and effectiveness. Experience with training budget formulation, justification and execution. Experience managing contracts for a training program. Experience planning, programming and budgeting system process, to support multi-year budget formulations and justifications for a training program. Experience identifying and resolving training readiness issues. Experience analyzing training data, to create charts and briefing presentations for a training program. Experience developing training program instructions and guidelines for applications across a large network of subordinate organizations.
