You will serve as a in a Senior IT Manager & Digital Operations Lead in the Corporate Operations Office of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS.

Duties

You will lead the development of technology innovations with authority to collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine PEO Ships’ digital strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for managing thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape. You will develop transitional plans and processes for implementation of maximized/available resources, data sharing, and communications across a broad set of areas that are often untouched by technology. You will focus on leveraging innovative technologies to transform business models, products, and services for actionable digital initiative plans, ensuring a comprehensive and forward-looking approach. You will lead the implementation of PEO Ships and SEA 21 enterprise-wide digital projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals and budgetary constraints. You will oversee the deployment of programmatic business and technical digital solutions, products, and services, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and effective user experiences. You will develop and implement digital capabilities and processes to optimize digital operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement into PEO Ships business practices, and long-range implementation. You will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed. You will be responsible for project selection, prioritization, evaluation and monitoring, cost schedule management, risk management, quality management and resource allocations. You will identify and address programmatic operational bottlenecks, ensuring the smooth functioning of digital business systems and operational platforms. You will Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and leveraging external expertise as required.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the development and implementation of IT strategies to improve technological capabilities within an organization. Your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
