As a Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13, you will be part of HRS Center for Leadership Development. If selected, you will be responsible for leverage expertise in assessing system data, creating data insights, and proposing design enhancements to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties
-Collaborate with IT specialists, contractors, project teams, account managers, and cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with organizational needs.
-Develops mockups and wireframes for user interface designs.
-Attend meetings, conferences, and working groups to address functional requirements, system changes, and capabilities.
-Maintains effective communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
For the GS 13: You must have (one) 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service demonstrating ALL the experience listed below:
-Managing data analysis and system development.
-Collaborating with IT specialists to align system capabilities with needs.
-Demonstrating strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
-Collecting, analyzing, and documenting the business needs and requirements of stakeholders.
Merit promotion applicants must meet the time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS13 level.
You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
