You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (WARTIME READINESS) in the Business Management Division (C 1100C), Corporate Operations Department (C 1100), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

Duties

You will represent MARMC in all matters related to NAVSEA Wartime Readiness. You will serve as the MARMC Lead representative during all wartime readiness meetings between CNRMC and other RMCs to determine course of actions needed to support Expeditionary Maintenance. You will perform fact finding efforts, reviews, investigation and analysis of technical, readiness, and organizational issues. You will be responsible for advising the Director and stakeholders of issues where significant impact may result either to the Fleet assets in the program or to governing requirements. You will support conferences, summits, training symposiums, etc. in support of the wartime readiness program.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing and administering the planning, execution, and evaluation of the wartime readiness program. Experience developing and implementing strategies and standardized procedures to ensure consistent execution of the Wartime Readiness program. Experience performing a wide range of executive level management, analyses, and administrative tasks including, but not limited to the following: strategy alignment, requirements generation, and development of a wartime readiness plan. Experience preparing findings, conducting formal analyses, drafting and submitting white papers, conducting briefings and other products; and presenting information and recommendations to senior level military and civilian personnel for evaluation and decision.
