You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Strategic Planning and Analytics Division, Human Capital Management (HCM) Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for designing an agile and adaptive workforce management strategy that can be continuously refined to meet the Command's objectives and evolves with Command's vision and changing mission needs.
You will give advice for developing Total Force planning forecasts and associated budgets utilizing workload driver requirements, manpower planning allocations, and budget data into decision-quality resource planning and risk information.
You will provide training and mentoring of employees and work collaboratively across enterprise manning analyst.
You will develop Information Technology (IT) approaches to solve automation problems, evaluating and recommending techniques that which will provide the optimum information and project needs.
You will use analytical and project management skills together with IT skills to examine the entire situation, advise on and create IT approaches to optimally display key performance indicators.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Significant experience with CIV and MIL manpower management including org structure, UIC management, and TFMMS billet management. 2) Significant experience with POM and/or other budget formulation. 3) Experience with total force data analysis and strategy development.
