About the Position: Located at USAJFK Special Warfare Center & School Capabilities Development Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Duties
Serves as the civilian deputy and/or division chief.
Directly supervises civilian individual and collective training specialists.
Establishes instructional design and development criteria through use of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
Oversees and makes recommendations on development of the Army learning products which support training and course development including the Individual Critical Task List (ICTL), Unit Task List (UTL),
Course Administrative Data (CAD), Lesson Plans, Program of Instruction (POI), Warfighting Training Support Package (WTSP), Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP), etc.

Identifies and solves training problems or shortfalls by maintaining a continuing dialogue with professional colleagues, including other training specialists and the unit(s) conducting the training.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
- Designated as a Drug Testing position.
- May be required to travel TDY up to 10%.
- A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- One- year probationary period required.

Planning, developing, and evaluating the curriculum for the Psychological operations qualification training program.
