About the Position: Position is for a Lead Program Manager for Human Resources Command (HRC, The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), Operations Support Division, and assists the day-to-day administration and management of activities, workload, and suspense's, at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Conduct Cost Benefits Analysis (CBA) for Command in support of requirements determination and development of Course of Actions (COAs) for effective utilization of command resources pertaining to contracts.
Serve as action officer and subject matter expert on projects of major scope that require the services of several analysts, technicians or specialists to complete extensive cross-functional studies or surveys on contracts.
Assist with the development of performance metrics as well as measurement and evaluation techniques, to ensure the Government has accurate and relevant information with which to make decisions regarding contract management.
Provide technical advice and administrative guidance and instructions regarding objectives, policies, procedures, problem resolution and coordination of contractual life-cycle support activities.
Lead or manage various Management Programs to include Command agreements, Management Internal Control Process (MICP), Organization and Functions, requirements determination and costing of government contracts.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and access.
- Position requires the submission of a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
- A one-year probationary period is required unless the requirement has previously been met.
