You will serve as a the Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP) Analyst in the in the Plans and Production Department for TNG AIR WING SIX.
Duties
You will provide quality assurance for TRAWING Six Plans and Productions and subordinate commands working with data base systems administrators.
You will provide quality assurance function over accuracy and validity of data entered into the various training systems.
You will coordinates end user requirements with data base systems managers, ensuring data extraction and reporting systems services adequately meet the TRAWING's requirements as well as those of subordinate units.
You will maintain liaison with higher and adjacent commands regarding data collection, reporting and management instructions as well as the TRAWING's adherence to the directives and instructions.
You will prepare internal instructions, policies, procedures and guidelines to assure accomplishment of major program goals and objectives in accordance with senior unit directives.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing data input to ensure database collection and reporting systems properly document the completion of program goals and objectives.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR
An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
