You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the STRATEGY, PLANS AND POLICY DIVISION of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the spokesperson for activities and issues the scope of the division and the strategic goals of the NETC Command.
You will provide strategic oversight of personnel and resources throughout the Division to ensure high performance, accountability, quality service and customer satisfaction.
You will manage the progress of the organization towards meeting strategic goals.
You will provide oversight for budget execution across all branches.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, analyzing and implementing program plans, policies, processes and procedures; 2) Identifying program trends, problems and issues and coordinating corrective actions and programmatic solutions; 3) Applying knowledge in planning, programming and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes in preparing long-range and short-range planning guidance; 4) Utilizing analytical and statistical methods in performing complex studies.
