Duties
You will manage, develop, and integrate the energy program into your installation and department by applying necessary principles, methods, tools, and resources.
You will perform installation energy and sustainability planning in alignment with preestablished region/installation energy goals and higher guidance.
You will develop and execute projects by planning, coordinating, and tracking installation energy audits and studies.
You will advise to and provide expertise to the energy program by supporting energy and water mandates and achieving installation specific energy reduction goals.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Coordinating development and execution of an installation-wide energy program, to include energy conservation, renewable energy and energy security requirements.
2. Identifying program requirements, monitoring and recommending resource changes, promoting energy awareness, and collaborating within a matrix organization to accomplish energy goals.
3. Utilizing extensive knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, methods, and precedents and providing facility support service and energy expertise to the installation.
