You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Department, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will be responsible for understanding Maintenance Data systems (MDS) functionality and be proficient in the use of functions used by Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) to support I and D level maintenance work.
You will be responsible for developing and updating SWRMC Maintenance Data systems (MDS) business process maps for all related processes.
You will be responsible for monitoring changes to the fleet logistic policy and ensuring compliance with governing directives.
You will be responsible for performing data calls and analysis on MDS data as directed.
You will ensure assistance is provided to first time and novice users in the initial login process, individual user setup, and overall use of the MDS.
You will participate in meetings, conferences, and work groups internal to the ERP Division and SWRMC.
You will be responsible for training development and conducting classroom training in MDS courses.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating ship maintenance program data and developing studies to identify information and recommend improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of program allocations.
FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating and gathering ship maintenance program data to provide information for identifying recommendations to improve the efficiency of program allocations.
