You will serve as a Office Automation Assistant in the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLCN), Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

Duties
You will develop metrics, reports, charts, listings, etc. required for division support.
You will review monthly and quarterly mail volume and expense reports.
You will apply knowledge of word processing, databases, and related office equipment.
You will coordinate administrative functions with other areas in NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector serving as the principle clerical and administrative support to an organizational unit by providing clerical, administrative, personnel and budget support. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Knowledge of office automation software (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, e-mail); 2) Utilize information databases to review and edit reports; 3) Ability to use a personal computer and basic office machines; 4) Creating, Editing, and tracking correspondence; 5) Inputting, extracting, and manipulating data in automated record systems.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
