Duties
Serves as a senior member or coordinator of a project/program support team responsible for business systems, requirements assessment, evaluation, analysis, elicitation of an assigned area/subsystem.
Serves as a senior member or coordinator of a project/program support team responsible for interpretation, planning, design, development, documentation testing, validation, implementation, and maintenance of an assigned area/subsystem.
Evaluates and analyzes the customer's business system requirements for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, compatibility, and testability.
Assists in the evaluation, selection, and integration of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions.
Identifies and defines system interface requirements with other ancillary automated information systems (AIS) that support DLA's logistics business.
Prepares emails, design studies, agendas/minutes, briefings, and walkthroughs to communicate work strategy, status, and/or progress to management, team members, coworkers, and/or customers.
Tests and validates that all software modifications meet system specifications and that they fulfill the approved business system requirements.

Qualifications
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the competencies listed:

Designs, writes, constructs, integrates, tests, debugs, modifies, and maintains processes that meet technical and functional requirements.
Designs and develops efficient and effective applications through optimal use of reusable components ensure that applications, interfaces, extensions, forms, workflows and reports integrate with systems and database architectures.
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
