You will serve as a Branch Head in the Range Systems Development Engineering Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.
Duties
You will be responsible for the execution of Project Management within the Range Systems Development Engineering Division, RS10.
You will provide expert guidance and oversight to project managers fulfilling their responsibilities to ensure the delivery of quality products and services on time and within budget.
You will apply appropriate Human Capital Management policies and regulations in leading and managing personnel assigned to the branch.
You will understand and support common NSWC Corona strategic direction.
You will foster cooperation, connection, and collaboration among groups within and outside RS10.
You will establish objectives, set priorities and use internal controls, goal setting techniques, delegation, and team building to effectively manage the branch.
You will encourage innovation and personal growth among branch personnel.
Requirements

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading teams in the execution of delivering products and services for combatant command test, training or rehearsal ranges.
