You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the WATERFRONT OPERATIONS SUPPORT DIVISION (154); WATERFRONT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (150) of SUPSHIP.
Duties
You will perform oversight and administration of the contracts assigned, which are primarily for the design, construction, overhaul and repair of ships, aircraft carriers, and submarines.
You will provide a wide range of management analyst duties in support of the Command and Waterfront Operations Department and associated project offices.
You will serve as SUPSHIP Workload Forecasting Tool (SWFT) coordinator responsible for development of Command's SWFT manning profiles.
You will serve as the Command Lead in preparing Assessments in support of the NAVSEA Inspector General audit, the SUPSHIPNN Health Assessment, and DEOMI Survey Results.
You will develop reports, respond to data calls, and perform important administrative duties on behalf of the Department.
You will perform supervisory duties including guidance on administrative and work matters, workload management, and evaluating job performance.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program requirements (e.g., financial, technical, workload forecasting) to identify and implement process improvements in support of shipbuilding or ship repair program.
