Duties

Serve as the Division Chief of Data Analytics Integration Cell (DAIC), Executive Services Division, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff (ACS), G-8 (Resource Management), Headquarters, U.S. Army Pacific Command (HQ USARPAC). Resolve unique problems through use of innovative analytic and evaluative techniques, advanced approaches and/or new technologies. Supervise a team of cross-functional specialists to include IT, management, program, budget, resource, and systems analysts. Lead the development, operation, and maintenance of database platforms, enterprise-wide. Manage the technical environment, data warehouse, systems, and applications.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a temporary duty (TDY) travel requirement up to 10% of the time.
  • This is a supervisory position. You may be subject to the completion of a one-year probationary period.
  • Incumbent must have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Problem SolvingTeam BuildingTechnical Credibility Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
