This position is in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of the Associate Administrator for Administration, Office of Information Technology and Data Services. This position serves as the FHWA Records Management Officer to oversee the FHWA Records Information Program and acts as advisor to the Departmental Records Management Officer on the development, coordination, oversight, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of all records management related activities.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience applying and researching record management rules, regulations, policies, and practices to gather facts, draw conclusions, and/or make recommendations.
Experience analyzing and reviewing changes to policies, strategies, and guidelines governing records lifecycle data standards and authorities.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience implementing and providing technical guidance on an organization’s records and/or information program.
Experience researching record management rules, regulations, policies, and practices to gather facts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
Experience analyzing, reviewing, and/or recommending changes to policies, strategies, and guidelines governing records lifecycle data standards and authorities.
