You will serve as a EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES SPECIALIST in the Industrial Plant Service Dividision of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will provide guidance and assistance to less-knowledgeable MAXIMO users on how to effectively use MAXIO to satisfy division policy, procedure, and processes. You will be responsible for recommending and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to facilitate cradle-to-grave life cycle management of Depot assets. You will manage the collection of data to support proactive Maintenace management including retrieving, sorting, and ensuring the quality of data entered. You will review guidelines and regulations for plant property acquisition, inventory, control, and disposal and develops/implements changes to local processes as needed.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) administering plant property and support equipment accountability program for the depot inclusive of capability establishment initiatives; 2) recommending and implementing policies, procedures and processes to facilitate cradle-to-grave life cycle management of Depot assets; 3) managing the collection of data to support proactive maintenance management including retrieving, sorting, and ensuring the quality of data entered in MAXIMO; 4) reviewing guidelines and regulations for plant property acquisition, inventory, control, and disposal to develop changes to local processes as needed; 5) Identify and provide recommended solutions for MAXIMO software or data errors to the appropriate function/system specialist; 6) knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidelines for the effective management of support equipment including knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Material Readiness (AMMRL) Program, support equipment resources management information systems (SERMIS), individual material readiness list (IMRL) NAVAIRINST 13650.1 and other applicable governing instructions.
