You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PLAN MAINTENANCE MANAGER in the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will evaluate and make decisions on non-routine, costly, or controversial training needs and requests.
You will analyze and evaluate a facility's engineering business analysis, and their financial, construction, repair, and maintenance operations to identify issues or concerns.
You will create budgetary and fiscal plans for technical programs within an installation.
You will approve staffing of vacant positions so the organization can meet mission requirements.
You will determine technical execution strategy for completion of work (e.g., contract work, Alteration Installation Teams).
You will be responsible for life cycle management of FRC East assets (i.e., equipment and facilities).
You will direct the development and sustainment of a Critical Equipment List in order to focus limited maintenance resources on assets that have significant impact on the ability of the depot to perform its mission.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized. Such as : 1) Assure that all plant equipment supporting the overhaul and repair of fixed and rotary wing aircraft is operating efficiently, economically, and safely. 2) Develop process, procedure, and policy to ensure a holistic maintenance sustainment program for corrective, predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance of equipment, facilities, and related infrastructure. 3) Develop, implement, and maintain Preventative Maintenance specifications and Master Data Records for plant equipment. 4) Manage the maintenance program providing planning, scheduling, and reliability centered maintenance of equipment and facilities. 5) Establish and monitor performance metrics, including key performance indicators, to support an efficient and effective maintenance program. 6) Manage several extensive budgets for the projects that are scheduled and controlled by the division. 7) Continually seek ways to improve and implement processes to improve administrative and support services required in a large industrial environment.
