You will serve as a Plant Maintenance Manager in the Facility & Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will manage the complete range of industrial maintenance execution requirements including reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance along with a wide variety of production machinery, industrial equipment, and facilities.
You will review emerging workload requirements and determine the number of workers, skill sets, equipment, facilities, materials and tools are needed to execute workload.
You will ensure the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the International Standard for Quality Management Systems.
You will determine the appropriate placement of resources using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
You will utilize subordinates and leads to control and mange a variety of maintenance work functions to ensure maximum equipment reliability and readiness.
You will confirm personnel actions are accomplished such as promotions, reassignments, demotions, performance ratings, along with other managerial responsibilities.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) Managing the complete range of industrial maintenance execution requirements including reactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, scheduling and procurement of a wide variety of machinery, industrial equipment, facilities and utilities; (2) Reviewing emerging workload requirements and determining the number of workers, skill sets, equipment, facilities, materials and tools are needed to execute workload; (3) Ensuring the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the International Standard for Quality Management Systems; (4) Determining the appropriate placement of resources using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles; (5) Utilizing subordinates and leads to control and mange a variety of maintenance work functions to ensure maximum equipment reliability and readiness; and (6) Confirming personnel actions are accomplished such as promotions, reassignments, demotions, performance ratings, along with other managerial responsibilities.
