About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the This position is located at the Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
This position will be filled on a permanent basis.
Duties
Serves as the Senior Analyst and Theater lead responsible for a variety of complex manpower management functions pertaining to 311TH Signal Command Augmentation Table of Distribution and Allowance (AUGTDA) manpower resources.
Analyzes the Manpower Addendum to the Program Budget Guidance (PBG) to determine total 311TH SC AUGTDA manpower resources available for distribution by fiscal year.
Provides technical advice on matters concerning AUGTDA authorizations, the interpretation and application of HQDA regulations, directives and instructions.
Serves as a point of contact in coordinating and/or resolving AUGTDA force structure issues within the headquarters, with other MACOMs and between 311TH SC and senior and subordinate commands.
Incumbent develops timelines and monitors suspense to ensure timely completion of actions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, T3.
- Incumbent must obtain Level I certification and maintain certification within two years in accordance with DTM-13-004, March 22, 2013, unless a time waiver is obtained.
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position. This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
