You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Organic/DMISA Division of the Industrial Support Department of Aviation Operations within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. #L1-NAVSUPWSS

Duties

You will have knowledge of aviation organic and DMISA repair processes and procedures such as functions and interrelationships of various Hardware System Commands (HSCs) and maintenance organizations. You will have knowledge of the supply system regulations, processes and procedures as they pertain to the planning, execution, and monitoring of organic and DMISA repair requirements. You will have knowledge of Organic STO logic and associated application which provides daily carcass movement recommendations to Supply Planners for funded schedules. You will have knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)/Matrix and Schedule Board (SB) in SAP SCM system.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final confidential security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Supply Systems Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating in depth knowledge of Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) repair requirements funding to ensure cost-effective material availability for forecasted organic repairs and execution of emergent requirements. Specialized experience may demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and executing repair requirements resulting in ready for issue (RFI) assets; 2) Experience with organic or Depot Maintenance Inter-Service Agreements (DMISA) repair; 3) Working with commercial, organic, or DMISA repair vendors to ensure on time delivery of RFI assets; and 4) Utilizing the IT system Workflow Pro for repair scheduling or logistics management purposes.
