You will serve as SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Systems Section (N523111) serving as the Enhanced Freight Tracking System (EFTS) Program Manager, Management Information Systems International Logistics (MISIL) Alternate Information Assurance Officer (AIAO) and N52 Flank Speed SharePoint Administrator, within the International Programs Department (N52) of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties
You will review IT programs to determine their effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies while participating in new IT development and modernization efforts.
You will approve and coordinate internal and external training to complement operating procedures.
You will provide technical guidance and briefings to other employees and senior management on supply, financial, and policy issues, problems, and accomplishments.
You will analyze and interpret Navy policies and develop, implement, and monitor the execution of those policies.
You will analyze complex programs and problems associated with supply and financial systems.
You will prepare technical correspondence, briefings, documents, reports, and presentations for employees and senior managers.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing knowledge of Navy operational capabilities, functionalities, and interfaces to provide supply and logistics support through programs such as Management Information System International Programs (MISIL) and Security Cooperation International Programs (SCIP). Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Researching IT system outputs and system operating data to resolve issues; 2) Providing supply and financial systems technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders; 3) Interpreting and applying Security Cooperation/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies and procedures; and 4) Performing functional analysis for system improvements and determining requirements to make programs more efficient.
