You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Case Execution and Closure Branch (N523112), within the International Programs Department (N52), of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. You will serve as the primary logistics subject matter expert for the Navy FMS case portfolio.
Duties
You will develop logistics and financial procedures, business processes, and information systems requirements to execute the Navy’s Security Cooperation (SC) program.
You will liaison with representatives of other organizations concerning Security Cooperation (SC) and Management Information System International Programs (MISIL) issues related to supply and financial management functions.
You will approve and coordinate training, both internal and external, to complement Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operating procedures.
You will analyze and interpret DoD and Navy policies and develop and implement policy guidance and procedures for the overall management and control for assigned functional areas.
You will prepare metrics and reports to document trends, provide summary data, and regularly brief senior managers concerning issues, problems, proposed solutions, and program accomplishments.

- This is a Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: SC441
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, and regulations pertaining to the broad field of supply program functions, as well as in-depth knowledge in other related functional areas to formulate, interpret, and apply supply management policies and procedures. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing IT programs such as Management Information System International Programs (MISIL) and Security Cooperation International Programs (SCIP) to determine overall effectiveness of the supply program and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and polices; 2) Developing and implementing management improvement initiatives to resolve identified problems and deficiencies; 3) Providing expert technical guidance and direction regarding Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply support to team members; and 4) Analyzing complex programs and issues associated with Security Cooperation (SC) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply and financial systems.
