You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will be responsible for procedural, technical, and planning aspects of automated systems and policy.
You will analyze business processes to ensure the varied and intricate changes are implemented correctly.
You will conduct studies of supply operations to determine proper use of current or improved supply methods or approved procedures.
You will act as a support liaison with user customer groups and communicates project updates on a regular basis.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting comparative analyses, which evaluate actual demand rates versus predicated reliability and recommend adjustments to predicted values; 2) Conducting analyses that utilize RBS (Readiness Based Sparing) techniques to define optimum spares and repair parts quantities that will achieve stated readiness objectives; 3) Performing analyses that will examine the cost impact of implementing various support options and assess adequacy of current funding levels on weapon system readiness and support posture; 4) Developing new spares and repair recommendations based on model outputs for repairable and consumable items consistent with current funding levels; 5) Maintaining documentation supporting requirements determination decisions to budget formulation and audit readiness.
