About the Position: This position is with the 412th Theater Engineer Command, 412 Mission Support Element located in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Duties

Provide information to supervisor, staff, visitors and other organizations. Organize incoming mail for the Command Group. Monitor suspense dates for the Command Group. Screen calls and visitors to determine nature and priority of inquiry. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Command Group. Schedule appointments for the Commander. Prepare a variety of documents for the Commander. Review outgoing correspondence for grammatical accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires a qualified typist.
  • This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
