About the Position: Serves as the Executive Secretary to the President, Mississippi River Commission (MRC), and the Commander and Deputy Commander of the Mississippi Valley Division (MVD).
This position is for a Term Position Not-To-Exceed 2 years. This term position does not provide any potential for subsequent conversion to a career-conditional or career appointment.
Duties
Performs a variety of substantive administrative support duties.
Exercises exclusive control over the Division Commander's calendar.
Receives, examines and segregates all incoming mail.
Uses word processing software to produce a variety of documents.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- A QUALIFIED TYPIST IS REQUIRED.
