You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist/Analytic Programs Team Leader in the Intelligence Cycle Management Dept., Analytic Program Division of OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE.
All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will provide end-to-end intelligence cycle management for the ONI enterprise in support of all ONI customers.
You will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Naval Intelligence Enterprise's intelligence analysis and production program.
You will perform authoritative planning and analysis for the overall NIAP, establishes and executes processes,.
You will provide guidance and oversight to the Naval Intelligence Enterprise's analytic elements for the development and implementation of the NIAP.
You will develop strategic and tactical plans and produces and disseminates guidance and planning documents related to the NIAP for the Naval Intelligence Enterprise.z
You will establish analytic priorities and analytic intent and develop guidance documents.
You will review and evaluate the NIAP and develop, refine, and execute processes and procedures to measure and report ONI's accomplishment against the POA.
Requirements

- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Performing intelligence cycle and process techniques to identify information needs and setting analytic priorities; 2. Developing strategic and tactical plans and the production and dissemination of guidance and planning documents; 3. Understanding of the Intelligence Community or Defense Intelligence Enterprise organization, roles, strategies and guidance, and federated analysis and production; 4. Developing, implementing, executing, and evaluating enterprise-wide programs an projects; and 5. Demonstrating strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to directly engage, collaborate, and liaise with internal and external customers.
