This position is part of the Defense Human Resources ActivityDepartment of Defense. Defense Human Resources Agency's mission is to provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the DoD Components on human resource matters and to collect, archive, and provide management information, research, and analysis of human resources and other related functional area databases for the DoD.
Duties
As a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (IDENTITY MANAGEMENT) at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Management advisory and technical services for assigned program areas involving planning, analyzing, or evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs.
Strategic assessment of program operations and direction in support of operations.
Planning, analyzing, and/or evaluating the effectiveness of assigned operating programs and related systems and making recommendations to management associated with issues and findings
Responsible for data management and support services to include portfolio management, budgetary/Program Objective Memorandum, acquisition activities, and investment management reporting activities

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the13 grade level in the Federal service:
Knowledge in identifying requirements, developing program components, coordinating and incorporating program goals and mission priorities, developing study projects and measurement systems, cooperating and coordinating with external oversight and investigative agencies to carry out special reviews related to concerns of an agency. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidelines to make decisions or recommendations significantly changing, interpreting, or developing important public policies or programs; OR
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
