You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TPM) in the FLEET READINESS PORTFOLIO of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Duties
You will support the Internal Wartime planning efforts and Lead various Wartime Readiness duties.
You will manage and develop the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Crisis Response Center Program (CRCP) to include management of CRCP Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
You will oversee CRCP training qualification requirements and training materials to include Drills and Exercises.
You will manage special projects to improve commonality of process across Fleet Readiness products.
You will develop and implement programmatic requirements through all phases of the life-cycle for major complex electronic/warfare systems.
You will provide recommendations and solutions to complex fleet logistics/supportability issues.
You will maintain extensive knowledge of Integrated Product Support policy, principles and concepts.
You will identify processes that need improvements to deliver quality products and services to the fleet.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, planning or leading projects to improve and develop processes and procedures for a Fleet Readiness program.
