About the Position: This position is located at the Human Resources Division, Support Services within Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Duties
Manage a variety of military personnel management programs and systems such as Military Awards, Military Evaluations and Rating Schemes.
Participate in the development and administration of a variety of staff projects in various military HR program areas.
Serve as officer and enlisted personnel manager and strength management technical expert.
Manage and oversee several military personnel action programs for the Command.
Conduct requisitioning cycle close-out analysis and associated briefings to report-out any deficiencies.
Serve as an authoritative source of information in areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
- Supervisory Probationary Period may be required.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination.
- This position has been designated as Emergency-Essential.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring a wide range of military personnel programs; applying policies and procedures related to Table of Distribution and Allowances; coordinating with higher level headquarters and Army agencies regarding specialized actions and military personnel programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
