About the Position: You will serve as the Maintenance Integration Division Chief within the Industrial Base Operations and Maintenance Integration Directorate in the ILSC. Responsible for Maintenance Management oversight to include all maintenance related guidance, planning, execution, and expertise required to develop and sustain the TACOM maintenance workforce and equipment.

Serve as the Maintenance Integration Division Chief within the Industrial Base Operations and Maintenance Integration Directorate in the ILSC .
Assure timely effective accomplishment of the logistics and financial functions including development and execution of budgets, policies and plans, business policies conduct surveillance on command maintenance and readiness related programs.
Develops and coordinates funding and functional requirements for the implementation of maintenance technology with TACOM, AMC and DA.
Serves as the command Career Field Representative for career program (CP) 17 (Material Maintenance Management).
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Advanced Certification within 48 months of entrance on duty.
- This is a Critical Acquisition Position. This position requires the selectee to remain in Federal service for at least 3 years. Must sign a DD2888 tenure agreement.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel away from your permanent duty station requirement of up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes:
1) Performing duties associated supply support; AND
2) Applying enterprise resource planning tools and their utility in supply support; AND
3) Delegating workload to individuals and analyzing and prioritizing that workload; AND
4) Working with multiple organizations to achieve a common goal and working with multiple organizations/individuals simultaneously to achieve results;AND
5) Communicating and discussing ideas, concepts, topics and provide recommendations to a variety of audiences.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or GS-13 equivalent.
