This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as the Health System Specialist for the Soldier Transfer and Regulating Tracking Center (STARTC), and is responsible for the administrative review and coordination of Soldier patient movement between geographical locations.
Duties
Responsible for accountability, integration, tracking, Patient Movement Requests (PMR) validation, trend reporting, data analysis and metric reporting.
Transfer Coordinator functions will vary based on the daily mission, size and scope of Warriors in Transition (WTs) Transfer Requests, and PMRs in the TRANSCOM Regulating and Command and Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES).
Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Up to 10%TDY may be required
