About the Position: Headquarters, US Army Forces Command G-3/5/7 Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Fort Liberty is a culturally diverse area with rural and city populations, co-located at Fayetteville, NC centrally located in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys a temperate year-round climate and world-renowned colleges and universities. Fayetteville is centrally located between the beautiful beaches of North Carolina and the scenic Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains.
Duties
Organizes, prioritizes requirements, and assigns work to other professional civilian document management analysts.
Manages and directs the review, coordination and staffing of FORSCOM active component (AC) MTOE documents during yearly CP windows. Ensures organizational structure, personnel, and equipment authorizations are correct.
Analyzes and applies information and data to ensure that Army Program and Budget Guidance, Consolidated TOE Updates (CTU), Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP), ICP, and Unit Long Name information is correct and properly applied.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and formulating recommendations for force structure change requests. 2) Experience using automated databases to analyze force structure actions such as Structure and Manpower Allocation System, Force Management System Web, Army Organization Server, and Power BI. 3) Expertise in preparing information papers articulating background, proposed courses of action, and recommendations related to Force Management that may include briefing senior leadership.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
