About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst in the Operations/Plans Division of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Support Directorate (ISD), Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Duties
Act as Information Officer in the execution of data standards, common applications, and equipment to support Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Support Directorate (ISD).
Conduct ISD organization analysis for management initiatives and the propagation of installation doctrine.
Review and evaluate all aspects of ISD mission performance and resource utilization.
Perform studies to determine the most effective and efficient methods of providing base operation services for soldiers and their families.
Provide input to alternatives for future base operation services including comprehensive community planning, competitive sourcing, and centralized investment programs.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes implementing productivity and quality management initiatives as it relates to organizational performance and resource utilization; advising leadership on performance of business program strategic plans to include use of technology; executing an organizational strategic plan based on established policies, concepts and strategies; and developing quality service standards that will impact the quality of life for customers such as soldiers and their families. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
