You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Production Resources Department at PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate various departmental programs.
You will plan, schedule and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and program effectiveness.
You will analyze, validate, and identify ways to improve function and data collection.
You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives, as assigned and coordinate department level audit responses.
You will oversee, report on and distribute training information in support of the branch and code.
You will instruct and advise all levels of workers and management in program requirements.
You will create, process, maintain and report on CATS items in support of branch and code.
You will be the primary Waypoint/training administrator for the branch and code.
You will develop and maintain online and Flank speed Share Points.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- The position requires some walking, standing, and carrying of light items.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program data for organizational performance, operations, or manpower and personnel status to make recommendations for improving the efficiency and productivity of an organization.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Successfully completed a LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
