You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist in the Collection Office responsible for directing and guiding the efforts of the Naval Undersea Research Threat Analysis Center of OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE
Duties
You will be responsible for supervisory oversight of all functions in the department to include special programs support, identifying strategic goals and overall strategies to achieve the accomplishments.
You will manage a highly diverse mixed workforce of civilian and military personnel.
You will manage a multi-million dollar engineering system development project in coordination with multiple agencies.
You will Develop and implement long-term strategies covering all production, budget, and external assistance and resource issues.
You will analyze and review intelligence products for currency and relevance to effectively contribute to NURTAC's mission.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing 1. Technical, administrative and management tasks that involve supervision of other subordinate managers or supervisors or direction of units, functions or projects that may be staffed by civilian or military personnel; 2. Justify, direct, and allocate resources (people, budget, material) across an organization; 3. Set organizational goals, objectives, and priorities; 4. Handle highly complex challenges; 5. Interact with, influence, persuade officials.
