About the Position: This is a PERMANENT position as a Management and Program Analyst with the Commander's Initiatve Group (CIG), US Army Garrison, Fort Jackson, SC.

Duties

Manages the Garrison's Installation Status Report Infrastructure, Services-Performance, and Mission Capacity (ISR-I, SP, MC) program. Analyzes ISR, community and strategic feedback, and management guidance for improving organizational effectiveness for performance assessment reviews. Plans, schedules, and coordinates periodic updates and reassessments of the installation strategic plan. Researches new or improved business and management practices to improve the efficiency of the organizational productivity.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain Toer 2 clearance
  • Business/TDY travel may be expected for this position.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementCommunicationsManages and Organizes InformationOrganizational Awareness Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
