About the Position: This position is with the 81st Readiness Division, Manpower Management Branch, RMO, located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Duties

Apply guidance and management theories and techniques to complex Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) documentation problems in a rapidly changing environment of force modernization. Perform continual analysis and evaluation of programs to assess economies, efficiencies, and productivity improvements of units or agencies in supported commands. Advise on effective use of Full Time Support (FTS) manpower resources and manpower management practices based on Department of Army and US Army Reserve Command policies. Gather, assemble, and analyze data affecting Tables of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) of supported US Army Reserve units. Review, analyze and evaluate the Readiness Division and supported unit organizations and manpower requirements and authorizations. Review issues concerning anticipated processing results.
