Duties

Serves as Program/Management Analyst in the Resource Management Office, Manpower/Management Branch, responsible for executing several key management programs and processes. Manages the Internal/Management Control program and prepares the annual assurance statement. Develops overarching agreements for the Installation with problem resolution and interpretation of policy. Revises and develops procedural guidance and assists in the development of command policies for dissemination to staff and field activities relative to the negotiation and formulation of various agreements. Provides financial advice and assistance clarifying accounting policies, procedures and systems operations. Develops, coordinates and reports an inventory annually for all agreements. Conducts training, produces and monitors the Five Year Internal/Management Control Plan, coordinates and prepares the Annual Statement of Assurance, monitors the process of correcting material weakness.
