This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for serving as a Senior Management Analyst responsible for execution of the civilian manpower and military manpower programs associated with DSCA's Security cooperation (SC) funded positions at U.S. embassies performing SC activities.
Duties
As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Responsible for the formulation of programs, policies, procedures, and processes for managing, evaluating, and supporting personnel changes within the DoD SC enterprise operating at U.S. Embassies worldwide.
Provides recommendations to senior officials that address complex challenges, problems and issues related to workload, training and resource execution.
Leads program analyses the result in new, or enhanced, policies and operating procedures that enhance effective and efficient and management of manning SC personnel in U.S Embassies and Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC)
Serves as a Senior Management Analyst responsible for execution of the civilian manpower and military manpower programs associated with DSCA's Security Cooperation (SC) funded positions at U.S. embassies performing SC activities.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Executing and coordinating a variety of civilian and military manpower programs
Performing strategic analysis and studies on organizational structures, resourcing and workload analysis
developing and executing of manpower assigned programs and policies
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
