About the Position: This is a Supervisory Program Analyst position at Redstone, AL with the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command. Incumbent will serve as the Branch Chief of the Concepts Evaluation Branch of the Concepts Division. Duties

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Joint and Army Wargaming and Experimentation development. Provides expertise in joint campaigns, in the operational level of war, in service specific operations, reviews and comments on detailed foundational concept which shape space operations at the operational and tactical levels of warfare. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, in conjunction with setting priorities and scheduling completion. Provides input for the synthesis, integration, and coordination of study plans and events involving Joint/Army concept and architecture wargaming/experimentation associated with the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS).

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• Drug Test Required: This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
• This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
